1.What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 50pcs for products in stock, 500pcs with custom logo, but we accept small quantity for your trial order to check our quality & service. Kindly tell us the quantity you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly.

2. May I have samples of water bottle ?

Yes, we can provide samples for you checking the quality.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

Stock samples generally take 1-3 days, for samples with custom logo it takes 5-7days generally.

4. How long is the production lead time?

For 500pcs generally need around 10days, 3000pcs need around 20days. We will check the lead time to you when the order confirmed.

5. What format of the artwork do you need for customized design?

JPG, PNG, AI, PDF files all are ok for us. We can provide mock up for your confirmation.

6. How many colors are available?

We accept customized colors according to Pantone color number. 

7.Which kinds of Certificate would you have?

LFGB, FDA. 

8. What is your payment term?

T/T 30% as deposit after order confirmed, the balance need to be arranged before delivery.
